This hotel has excellent facilities and is located in the heart of the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

Great hotel for a city trip! Perfectly located with easy access to the main attractions and a lovely view from the lounge. The breakfast was a delight with fresh options and rich flavors. The friendly staff made my stay even better. The room was clean with all the necessary amenities. One extra advantage was the excellent fitness center that had a wide range of equipment available.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Some noise from the hall and street outside could be heard, but it didn't ruin my experience.

The rooms are much too small and old for the price. Reserved was a 28 sqm room which in reality had perhaps 20 sqm and that was already a Supreme room....

My recent stay at the hotel was exceptional. The CcBar and Lounge inside the hotel provided a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable seating. The staff, especially Amanda, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. The food and drinks were served promptly and exactly as ordered. The live entertainment added to the fun ambiance of the lounge. I highly recommend visiting the CcBar and Lounge at Radisson Collection for a pleasant and entertaining evening.

i think price/quality ratio is too high (too expensive) especially for the room i got. it was rather small and not very well isolated from the neighbouring room as they were connected via a door,

Hotel is perfect: room, bathroom, breakfast, staffs and location.

Gym's room ac was not working very well. It's impossible to run there! :(

The hotel is conveniently located close to Metro Line 10, providing easy access to Hongqiao railway station and airport. The rooms are comfortable and neatly kept, with a turn down service provided. Guests praised the helpful and professional staff, who go above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable. The Club Lounge on the 33rd floor offers great food during happy hour and breakfast time. The hotel is also located near a big park, providing a nice green space for relaxation.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel exceeded our expectations. The spa and wellness centre, complete with sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. The heated indoor swimming pool was a definite plus, and the spa lounge with sun loungers was the perfect spot for post-swim relaxation. The massage services were excellently executed and we appreciated the personalized menu of special diet options offered at the restaurant. Additionally, the private facilities in our room were impeccable and added to our sense of exclusivity.

While the exclusive and luxurious experience was overall excellent, we encountered minor issues with the location. Although the hotel is situated in a convenient area with nearby malls and amenities, the surrounding streets were congested and difficult to navigate, particularly during rush hour.

There was ample parking available, and the transportation options nearby made it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel's location in the very downtown area was excellent, as it was close to the very expensive shopping area in the Pudong section of the city. We also enjoyed the overall entertainment of the hotel, which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
